Two Entrepreneurs Tackle Kenya’s Biggest Road Problems

Two entrepreneurs are tackling Kenya’s biggest road problems: crime and deadly accidents. Carjacking is the most common crime in Kenya, with reports of up to ten carjackings a day. Meanwhile, a report released late last year, cites traffic accidents as the third leading cause of death in the country. The US Department of State advises crime and road safety represent the most serious security risks in Kenya. So, its no wonder local entrepreneurs are scrambling to come up with ways to combat, or at least reduce, crime and car crashes.
